Terms of Use

Use Urnle as a reflective tool, not a crisis service.

These terms describe the basic rules for using Urnle's native journal, AI Guidance, and human guide workspace. By using Urnle, you agree to use it thoughtfully and to choose appropriate professional or emergency support when your situation calls for it.

Last updated: July 2026

Reflection tool

Urnle supports journaling and perspective. It is not medical, legal, financial, or crisis care.

Your content

You are responsible for what you write, upload, and choose to share with guides.

Guide boundaries

Human guides provide peer reflection, not licensed professional services.

The service

Urnle provides private journaling, optional AI Guidance, and optional human guide review. Guides are not therapists, doctors, attorneys, financial advisors, or emergency responders.

Urnle is not intended for emergencies, crisis intervention, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Use accurate account information and do not attempt to access another person's journal or guide workspace.

Your content

You are responsible for what you write and upload. You control which journal entries are shared with human guides through the product.

You retain responsibility for your journal content. By using Urnle, you give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service and provide features you request.

AI Guidance

AI Guidance may be incomplete, mistaken, or poorly suited to your circumstances. Treat it as a reflective prompt, not as a source of truth or professional advice.

Human guide relationships

Human guide feedback is personal reflection and peer perspective. It should not replace professional care, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.

Guides must respect journaler privacy, respond within the product boundaries, and avoid presenting themselves as licensed professionals unless a separate verified professional offering is explicitly provided.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, AI Guidance, guide relationships, and donations may be billed through payment providers. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation flows, and refund eligibility are shown during purchase or in the relevant account experience.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Urnle to harass, exploit, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Do not upload content that you do not have the right to store or share.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
  • Do not use guide relationships to request professional, emergency, or unlawful services.

Changes

We may update these terms as Urnle evolves. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
